UVStor
This software allows windows applications to create virtual disk drives of any type. This evaluation version supports 64-bit Windows 10 and later and creates a 256MB disk. The source code is available from www.perisoft.net/miniport.
Installation
Run install from a command prompt.
Alternatively a manual installation can be performed by running hdwwiz. Follow the menus and add the UVStor adapter.
Virtual Disk Application (uvdisk.exe)
Run this program from a command prompt to create a virtual disk drive. To exit the program press ctrl-c at which time the virtual disk will be removed.
The virtual disk file is named vdisk.dat and placed in the AppData/Roaming/uvstor folder of the current user for logo compliance.
Removal
Run uninstall from a command prompt.
Alternatively, a manual uninstall can be performed by running devmgmt and removing the UVStor adapter listed under Storage controllers.
