Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to the person or organization purchasing the source code to use, execute, and to prepare derivative works of the source code. The source code or derivative works of a directly competitive nature shall not be made available to other prospective customers (eg: do not post source code on public forums).

Perisoft provides free e-mail support for a period of 90 days following purchase. In the event Perisoft does not make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve a support issue during the support period, a refund of the full purchase price of the product will be granted.

The source code is free of any third party's rights and Perisoft indemnifies the buyer against any claim that the use and/or possession of the source code infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. The source code is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. In no event shall Perisoft be liable for any damages or other liability, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the source code or the use or other dealings in the source code.
